About the performance

Welcome to the wonderful world of Manta. Where, music, image, and movement merge into a warm and mesmerising whole. In an installation created from glass, wood, and textile, three musicians play classical and contemporary music as well as polyrhythmic compositions and improvisations. Repetition and repetitive elements take you on a musical journey.

Manta is specifically aimed at the youngest audience, from 24 months to 4 years old, but a joy and stroking of the senses for any age.
About the artist

Klankennest not only creates for, but also creates with the youngest audience. With a fixed ensemble of artists, Klankennest produces performances, installations, concerts, museum tours and more to invite children and their parents to explore and be excited. The dialogue between child and artist, occuring during a performance, acts as the catalyst to the creative process and inspires both parties to express themselves. Making music together, experiencing together, and playing together creates connections and positively impacts children.
